One of our clients shared these photos with us from their honeymoon! After the reception here in Atlanta, they checked into the Intercontinental hotel in Buckhead. We decorated a suite for them and they were off the next morning headed for their dream honeymoon destination. They spent 14 days in the Fiji Islands!! I've ask them for more pics, but just to get the dream started! Yes....that's the private pool off the master bedroom. Can we say yes to romance!!

Of course we're thankful all year for the love that we express to one another in various ways. You don't have to wait for Valentines day to send flowers though. Sending a lovely bouquet will definitely earn brownie points after long hours in the kitchen cooking the turkey and all of the trimmings! Ok...now have dessert by candlelight and the rest is up to you!

A Romantic Dinner for 2 from Creations of Love, Inspired by the Colors of Love!

We do more than design suites and master bedrooms. This was a request for a quiet dinner with after dinner horderves. The planner Bobbie pictured here, had plans for a very long evening. With her fiance' heading back to the Caribbean the next day, she wanted to send him off with fond memories of time well spent together. Bobbie has exquisite taste and new exactly want she wanted. Cornish hens, roasted vegetables, a wonderful salad and her favorite dinner rolls. She ask us to pick up a new set of "Waterford" crystal champagne flutes and candle holders for the table and she wanted the matching vase for the fresh flowers that she described. She also wanted for us to block out the early evening sunlight from her well lite 13Th floor high rise condo in downtown Atlanta. We used raw black silk material for a dramatic effect. Oh...I almost forgot she topped it off with a bottle of her favorite bubbly, Dom Pérignon Œnothèque) for a private toast! We did everything, all she did was wait for him to arrive!! We don't have pictures after that, because we were gone by the time he arrived--our usual "mo"!!

Who needs a living room! Looking for me?...This is where you'd find me, living in my bedroom! I'd love to set-up an atmosphere of ambiance in this room! The ambiance would be phenomenal! The candles, the rose petal trails, the specially prepared horderves for 2, the flower bouquets, the champagne on ice and so much more! Of course we'd use the "Waterford", "Nambe", or "Orrefors" crystal champagne flutes, just to name a few! Call me Candice...

In the United States, there are over two-million women living with breast cancer, and it’s estimated that more than 200,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year. From 1969–2004, the rate of women dying from breast cancer has varied, depending on women's race and ethnicity. African-American women are more likely to die from the disease than any other ethnic groups and breast cancer is the number one cause of cancer death in Hispanic women. Although, the statistics are frightening; the number of women surviving the fight against breast cancer, is growing everyday! The Della Harvey Foundation based out of Atlanta, is committed to fighting alongside those battling this disease. Della Harvey is a 20+ years survivor and a lifetime advocate, dedicated to the well being of women with breast cancer. We are please to announce, that we are now working directly with the foundation, on a number of fund raising projects for 2009!

The awesome Mr. Preston Bailey! If you haven't seen a design for entertaining or one of his fantasy weddings featured in print or on TV, you haven't seen the best in design style and technique! I heard about him long ago when he first met Joan Rivers and she ask him to design and produce her daughter Melissa's wedding. That event propelled him into the "celebrity" event planning world. Oh....I'm sure that his appearance on the Oprah show was the creme de la creme!!! I'm inspired by many of his creations but especially the ones that have an incredible romantic flair! A pooch made of flowers would make an awesome gift for a number of occasions!!!

Love these long stem candle holders! These modern beauties from Crate and Barrel will certainly add a touch of elegance to any romantic setting for any occasion! Modern glass, hand blown, tall and short taper holders with beautiful sculptured shapes sparkle and cast a reflection of the candle's light that will certainly add to the ambiance!

Romantic Decorating with a "Modern Flair"

These strikingly modern and simply elegant candle holders can be displayed in many forms. We love to shop for beautiful unusual things for our clients. We found these at Crate and Barrel and they were a big hit with the couple celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary! Most people don't know what to expect from us until we start going over all of the options and themes that they have to choose from. Even then it's still a bit foggy until they actually show up at the suite or come home to a beautifully decorated romantic atmosphere of ambiance---according to the couple, it simply took their breath away!

We can do that in simple ways, through touch, sex, doing things together. The deepest moments of intimacy occur when you’re not talking.” Stosny puts it this way: “We need to stop trying to assess the bonding verbally and instead let the words come out of the bonding.” Interestingly, he adds, “When couples feel connected, men want to talk more and women need to talk less, so they meet somewhere in the middle. Being aware of the fear-shame dynamic helps.”

Behind the Scenes with "Parker" and CBS "Better Mornings"!!

We had a blast at this taping with Sarah Parker, better known as "Parker", from the CBS "Better Mornings Atlanta" television show!! The beautiful Glen hotel served as the back drop for the segment which was centered around CL and what we do. Everyone was mesmerized and wanted to stay there and enjoy the atmosphere that we created after the taping! Thanks Debbie from Fitzgerald PR, for making it happen!
